Refund policy

At Lotus Warrior Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we are here to help.

Returns:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition.
• To initiate a return, please contact us, please provide your order details so we can process your return quickly. We will provide return instructions once we have received these details.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or worn and washed items.
